How to Play
Login before each Survivor episode to make your picks for the upcoming episode. Your selections must be recorded prior to the airing of the current Survivor episode in the Eastern Time zone. For some episodes we may offer bonus points for early sumissions of predictions. In those weeks, bonus points will only earned by those submitting picks at least 12 hours before the game deadline. The bonus will increment by 2.5% for every extra three hours early the picks are made up to a maximum possible 50% bonus. Your bonus will be based on the time of your last submission. Keep in mind, even a minor change to your selection will affect your bonus for the week so make sure you will gain more benefit points-wise from changing the answer to make up for any potential bonus loss.
Survivor Episode Questions
For each episode of Survivor will ask a series of at least five multiple choice questions which pertain to the events that are expected in the upcoming Survivor episode. The Fantasy Survivor questions will be different for each Survivor episode and may be based on information seen in Survivor previews, Survivor rumor web sites, and previous events shown during prior Survivor episodes. Each of the Fantasy Survivor questions will be awarded a point value which will be earned for selecting the correct answer.
Your Survivor Selections
Each week you are to select four different Survivors from the remaining Survivor cast. For each of the four Survivors you choose, you will then assign them an action or event, that if that Survivor experiences that action or event you will earn the points that correspond to that activity. These actions may include actions such as, "will be voted out", "will win immunity", and "will win reward". The actions and their point totals may vary from week to week as the show format dictates. Some Survivors may have multiple actions or events that happen to them in a single episode and they all will score points that week. Some actions may apply to more than one Survivor, and you may elect to apply the same action to more than one Survivor. Other events or actions will occur multiple times through the episode, these will score once for each occurrence of the episode. Your goal is to select the best combination of Survivors and actions that will maximize your potential points for the week. You will get to decide how little or how many points your Fantasy Survivor team can score in a week for this question. For example, if during a certain week, you are unsure which Survivor may be voted out in a particular episode you may elect to focus on other areas, such as naming a Survivor that won't be voted out, but you will earn fewer points. Of course, some points are better than none. Alternatively, if you are sure one of two Survivors will be eliminated you may election to pick both to be eliminated and guarantee yourself one correct question that will award a lot of points.

I was doing REALLY well on this last season and then it got to the poitn where the site was updated a few hours prior to the show and with me working the second job...well...I lost out on the last few weeks. But I will try it again and hope they give us more time to choose!!!!!

I know what you mean Purple. Here it is, only 9 days before the new Survivor starts and the Fantasy Survivor site isn't set up for it yet. But I think there is only one guy (Artie) that is doing the whole thing now-a-days so it's probably hard on him to get everything done in a timely manner. _________________

Yeah Snid, it might even be Thursday afternoon, lol.
We need more time than that to make decisions, especially on the first few episodes because you haven't really seen the castaways in action and don't know how they are or how they operate in the game yet. But, then again, we'll basically just be guessing so it shouldn't take too long to answer the questions. Everyone get your dartboards out! lol _________________

Well, Artie is working on the site now. It has already been redesigned for the new season though I see in several places he put "Survivor: Gabon" instead of "Survivor: Tocantins". As of right now (1:50 am ET) the questions aren't up for the first episode.

I hadn't seen anything about that yet Glo. There haven't been any posts on their Message Boards there since 12-14-08 (when Gabon was ending). And in the post he had made about the questions last season, he said, "We plan to run this as an experiment for a few episodes" so maybe it depends on how he felt it went last time. Seems if Artie's the only one running the site that it would be a lot more work for him, though I notice in all his posts he says "we" and "our" so maybe he has some help. _________________
