'America's Best Dance Crew' host Mario Lopez becoming a father UPI News Service, 03/10/2010
U.S. television personality Mario Lopez announced Wednesday that his girlfriend, Broadway dancer Courtney Mazza, is pregnant.
The couple met in 2008 when they were appearing together in "A Chorus Line," UsMagazine.com said.
Lopez is best known for his work on TV's "Saved By the Bell" and "Dancing with the Stars." He is now the host of MTV's "America's Best Dance Crew" reality competition and the entertainment news program "Extra."
"Courtney and I couldn't be more excited," he said in a statement on "Extra" Wednesday. "I've waited my whole life to be a dad -- this is a true blessing. I am looking forward to sharing this experience with my family and my family at 'Extra.'"
