"American Idol" finalist Chris Daughtry and his eponymous band took the stage for a pre-Super Bowl concert.
We think "Germans love David Hasselhoff" could be changed to "the NFL loves 'American Idol.'"
Carrie Underwood is doing the National Anthem, Kris Allen did the Anthem for a championship game two weeks ago and Larry Platt made a surprise visit to the Minnesota Vikings' locker room for the NFC title game, plus over the years Jennifer Hudson, Jordin Sparks and Kelly Clarkson have performed at several big games.
Chris Daughtry didn't get invited to do the anthem, but we like him rocking out to his own music better anyway. What do you guys think? Did he do alright?
